Cebuana Lhuillier-sponsored tennis tournament to change lives for the 6th year

The Cebuana Lhullier Age group tennis tournament is set
to return this year with a vengeance after five consecutive successful tilts in
the past years.
The Cebuana Lhuillier-backed singles and doubles age group
tournament is the first of its kind. In partnership with local tennis clubs and
local government units, it will have 16 legs nationwide starting April. This is
the most number of tournament series to date, which escalated from five tournaments
to 16.
The 16 tournament legs for junior tennis players from
Grades 2 to 5 will be held in Butuan, Surigao, Bais, Boracay, Aklan, Bohol, Ormoc,
Iligan, Marawi, Ozamis, Tubod, Camiguin, Midsayap, Gingoog, Cagayan De Oro, and
The tournament has paved the way for the success of many
young and talented tennis players. Among them are Jeson Petrombon, who ranked the
highest in the International Tennis Federation Juniors tournament, Marian Capadocia,
Roxanne Resma, Jorou Librodo, Lynetter Palasan, Denise Jimenez, Spenser Sagrado,
and Scooby Casino. Moreover, talented players like Leandro Fernandez, Lance Cinco,
Angel Wegmann, Kent Tacan, Andre Banate , Nikki Duque were granted scholarships
from schools like the University of the
