IT'S ON! we are one week away from the biggest one day softball event ever in CEBU, Philippines. The Z "The Dream" Gorres Softball Charity Tournament to be held at the East Visayan Academy Sportfield in Talisay City, cebu Philippines on April 18 at 9 AM. this is to help one of the greatest boxers to come out of the Philppines and a great Filipino Warrior. With the Press Launching last April 6 at the beautiful MAYA Mexican Restaurant and Tequila Lounge (courtesy of Jason and Anne Hyatt) in Banilad CEBU City, it was an amazing and heartfelt launching as Z Gorres walked into the restaurant with his wife Datches by his side, they walked up stairs to the 2nd floor without a cane or wheelchair. This goes to show you the true filipino heart and dedication that Z Gorres has shown through his hard work in his rehabilitation therapy. With Z Gorres and his wife throwing the ceremonial 1st pitch to start the opening of the softball tournament, it will be an inspiration to the whole world.
We invite all the boxing and sports fans to come and watch a great fun filled day of Softball and little League Baseball. We have 8 softball teams that will play in a double loss tournament and the little league teams will play 2 exhibition games. We will even have a HOMERUN DERBY at the end of the softball tournament. 2 players from each tram competing to see who can hit the most homeruns with 10 pitches.



We would like to invite Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao to come an grace this event.Pacquiao and Z gorres did play baseball in there elementary days. Pacquiao can even sing the Philippine National Anthem. It will be a day of athletes from different sports coming together for a great athlete, Z GORRES! We would like to also invite the regional boxing champions to grace this event. We would be honored to have Ronnie Nathanielz or Dyan Castilejo to cover this event. We are blessed by Cebuana Lhuiller for being the major sponsor and making this dream come true.
